Order annual licences for the official companion apps

Select the applications and the number of named users your organisation requires — add terminal devices for ArbeitszeitCheck if applicable. Pricing updates in real time as you configure. Submit the order when ready; we respond from info@software-by-design.de with your invoice and organisation licence key.

The Nextcloud web applications remain free under the AGPL. Payment applies only to the official Mobile and Terminal companion apps. Licence term is 12 months. All prices are net EUR; applicable VAT is itemised on the invoice.

1. Products

The minimum price covers up to 5 named users. Each additional user is billed at the listed per-user rate.

ArbeitszeitCheck €4 per user per year, €20 minimum. Terminals: €99/year for the first device, €89/year for each additional one.

I am placing an order for a 12-month organisation licence at the listed price and accept the ArbeitszeitCheck licence terms for Mobile & Terminal (German text prevails; ProjectCheck and DutyCheck companion licences are sold on the same B2B basis). Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. The licence key is delivered after payment confirmation. See also our privacy policy.

Order fulfilment process

We receive your order and verify the details.
You receive a formal invoice at the email address provided.
After payment confirmation, we activate your organisation licence and deliver the key.
Approximately 30 days before the licence term expires, we send a renewal reminder.
