Yes. The Nextcloud web applications remain free under AGPL-3.0-or-later. Payment applies only to official Mobile and Terminal companion apps.

What is the licence term and currency?

Organisation licences are sold for a 12-month term. List prices are EUR net; applicable VAT is itemised on the invoice. The quote/invoice is binding over list prices.

Which companion products can I order here?

ArbeitszeitCheck Mobile/Terminal (AZC2), ProjectCheck Mobile (PC2), and DutyCheck Mobile (DTY2). AudioCheck and BudgetCheck Mobile are sold via Google Play, not this form.

When do I receive the organisation licence key?

After you submit the order you receive a formal invoice at the email provided. The organisation licence key is delivered after payment confirmation.

The minimum price covers up to 5 named users. Each additional user is billed at the listed per-user rate.

ArbeitszeitCheck €4 per user per year, €20 minimum. Terminals: €99/year for the first device, €89/year for each additional one.

Order fulfilment process

You receive a confirmation email with your order summary (your receipt).
We send the formal invoice to the same email address.
After payment confirmation, we activate your organisation licence and deliver the key.
Approximately 30 days before the licence term expires, we send a renewal reminder.
