What the app does
Excel lists in the kitchen vanish or never reach payroll. SnackCheck runs an honor ledger — not a POS system, not a stock ERP.
One-tap logging
Record consumption in one tap — who took what and when, without Excel lists on the fridge.
Period close
Close open periods before HR exports — the state is traceable and locked.
Payroll export
Cent-accurate CSV/XLSX export for manual payroll processing — no live DATEV payroll link.
Subsidy & reimbursement
Employer subsidy and reimbursement logic for the kitchen — no POS or card payments.

Standalone module
SnackCheck is deliberately not a POS/TSE cash register and not a stock ERP like InventoryCheck. It runs an honor ledger for the office kitchen — fully usable without other Check apps. Exports are CSV/XLSX for manual payroll processing, not a live DATEV payroll link.

SnackCheck is published in the official Nextcloud App Store and on GitHub.
From the App Store
- Sign in to Nextcloud as an administrator.
- Open Apps.
- Search for SnackCheck.
- Download and enable.
