Are the user handbooks free?

Yes. The PDF handbooks document the AGPL web apps and are free to download. Organisation licences for optional Mobile/Terminal companions are sold separately.

Why are there no direct PDF URLs under /assets/…?

Direct paths under assets/downloads/handbooks/ are blocked. Downloads are served only via /api/handbook.php?app=…&lang=… (allowlisted, rate-limited).

Which languages and apps are available?

Ten published apps × eleven website locales (en, de, fr, es, da, nl, it, pl, sv, nb, pt). Hubs: /en/handbooks.html and localized filenames (see sitemap).
