Locations
Warehouse, shelf, van, site box — with printable QR / Code 128 labels and optional field access rules.
Track parts and supplies on your Nextcloud: warehouse and van locations, SKU and scan codes, reorder levels, and an append-only movement ledger. Book receive, issue, transfer, and adjust on the web — then scan the same codes in the field.
Beta. Feature set and APIs may still change; suitable for early production use with feedback welcome.
One stock truth for office and field. Movements are append-only — corrections use compensating bookings, so history stays readable.
Warehouse, shelf, van, site box — with printable QR / Code 128 labels and optional field access rules.
SKU, scan code, unit of measure, reorder and target stock. Codes stay unique across items and bins so a scan never hits the wrong master.
Receive, issue, transfer, adjust. Balances, low-stock alerts, stocktakes, and variance / reorder CSV exports.
Scan item and location, confirm movements, recent history, and inventur counts. Web stays free; mobile needs IV2 seats.
Count campaigns with variance reporting so physical stock matches the ledger.
Reorder and target levels surface shortages before the van runs empty.
Corrections use compensating bookings — history stays readable for audits.
Targets WCAG 2.1 AA: keyboard use, clear structure, responsive from 320 px.
