MaintenanceCheck
Plan customer-site equipment work on your Nextcloud: due board, work orders, checklists, photos, and optional recurring inspections. A Prüfnachweis PDF is operational evidence for your organisation — not a legal certificate and not a third-party conformity statement.

What it does
One schedule for preventive visits and inspection obligations — both driven by the same plan and visit engine. Technicians close job packs in the web UI or the licensed mobile companion.
Work orders
Conditional checklists, photos, kits, skills gates, dispatch, day tours, Servicebericht and van job-pack PDFs.
Inspections
Equipment classes, obligation packs, pass / fail / defect close, and Prüfnachweis operational evidence. Honest wording only — no legal overclaim.
Mobile companion
MN2 seats for field work. Web stays free; mobile needs a named seat on your organisation licence.
Dispatch & tours
Assign technicians, pack day tours, and keep the board and field in sync.
Servicebericht PDFs
Operational reports and van job packs from the same work-order data.
Customer equipment
Track assets on site with plans and visits — one schedule for preventive work.
Accessibility

MaintenanceCheck is deliberately not an ERP or tender portal. It schedules recurring maintenance and field jobs — fully usable without any other Check app.

MaintenanceCheck is published in the official Nextcloud App Store and on GitHub.
From the App Store
- Sign in to Nextcloud as administrator.
- Open Apps.
- Search for MaintenanceCheck.
- Download and enable.

Official mobile app
MaintenanceCheck Mobile is the companion for technicians who close work in the field: due items, checklists, photos, Servicebericht. The web UI stays free (AGPL). Mobile list price: €6 / user / year, minimum €30 / year (up to 5 users). Android and iOS under an organisation licence; not yet publicly listed on the stores — the web app covers office and dispatch.
