What it does

Log work as it happens, see how budgets are doing, and catch trouble early — without your project data leaving your infrastructure.

ProjectCheck is deliberately not a full PSA, ERP, or invoicing suite. It tracks customers, projects, and billable hours — fully usable without any other Check app.

ProjectCheck is published in the official Nextcloud App Store and on GitHub.
From the App Store
- Sign in to Nextcloud as administrator.
- Open Apps.
- Search for ProjectCheck.
- Download and enable.

ProjectCheck Mobile is the companion app for field and workshop staff: pick a project, log time or stop a timer, save. The web UI stays free (AGPL). Mobile list price: €5 / user / year, minimum €25 / year (up to 5 users). Android companion: free download on Google Play; organisation seats via the order form. No iOS, no Terminal.

Not the same as ArbeitszeitCheck Mobile: that app covers clock-in/out and breaks. ProjectCheck Mobile books project time. Both may be installed side by side; entries stay separate by design (compliance vs. project billing).

It targets focused project time and budget tracking inside Nextcloud rather than replacing full PSA tools wholesale.
