Today
The queue of what needs action now: deal tasks, activities and renewals, most urgent first.
The Nextcloud-native CRM for customer work: one workspace shares the customer book, a shared mailbox, account plans and operating rituals — Today, Pulse and Team views keep deals and renewals moving. Deliberately not Salesforce: ledgers stay in the apps that own them.
We improve this app with real-world use. Bug reports, rough edges, and ideas help — open a GitHub Issue or write to info@software-by-design.de.
One place where a workspace shares a customer book, a shared mailbox, account plans and operating rituals — so the team sees what is going on, decides what is next, chases deals and renewals, coaches each other and measures the book by joining Check apps and Groupware instead of replacing them.
The queue of what needs action now: deal tasks, activities and renewals, most urgent first.
Measure the customer book and commit weekly — every Brief line has a named owner.
Every account answers the Ten Command Questions; missing sibling apps show honest mute reasons instead of silence.
Next action, quote age, sequences, loss codes and forecast labels — pipeline hygiene, not cash accounting.
60/30/7/0/+7 reminders fire exactly once and can be exported as ICS calendar entries.
Folder-based IMAP ingest plus SMTP send with an unavoidable shared disclosure on every outbound mail.
See who is stuck, cover absences without stealing ownership, and reassign in bulk with typed confirmation.
Roles, a workspace switcher and fail-closed directory allowlists; WCAG 2.1 AA, responsive from 320 px.
CustomerCheck is a deliberately lean CRM — not an ERP or invoicing suite. It keeps the customer-facing operating layer — fully usable without any other Check app.
CustomerCheck is published in the official Nextcloud App Store and on GitHub.

CustomerCheck Mobile is the Android companion for field and desk staff: the Today queue, Company 360, activity logging and deal stages in your pocket — CRM data stays on your Nextcloud. The web UI stays free (AGPL). Mobile list price: €5 / user / year, minimum €25 / year (up to 5 users). The Google Play listing is in preparation; organisation seats (CUC2) can already be ordered via the order form, and the licence key activates the companion once installed. 10 % bundle discount when ordered together with ProjectCheck Mobile seats on one order. No iOS, no Terminal.
